- **Cardiac Toxicity:** Trazimera can cause left ventricular dysfunction and congestive heart failure. Patients should be monitored for cardiac function before and during treatment.
- **Infusion-Related Reactions:** Severe infusion-related reactions, including anaphylaxis, can occur. Patients should be observed during and after infusion.
- **Pulmonary Toxicity:** Cases of interstitial pneumonitis and acute respiratory distress syndrome have been reported.
- **Embryo-Fetal Toxicity:** Can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman. Effective contraception should be used during treatment and for 7 months after the last dose.
- **Not interchangeable with trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) or pertuzumab.**
