How to Use

1. Gently blow your nose to clear the nostrils before use.
2. Shake the bottle well before each use.
3. If using for the first time or if it hasn't been used for a week or more, prime the pump by spraying several times until a fine mist appears.
4. Close one nostril and insert the nozzle into the other nostril, pointing it slightly away from the center of your nose.
5. While sniffing gently, press the pump once to deliver a spray.
6. Breathe out through your mouth.
7. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the other nostril.
8. Wipe the nozzle clean with a tissue and replace the cap.
9. Follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions regarding dosage and frequency. Typically, for adults and children over 12 years, 2 sprays into each nostril once daily.
