How to Use

1. Before first use, or if the inhaler has not been used for several days, prime it by releasing a few puffs into the air.
2. Shake the inhaler well before each use.
3. Exhale fully through your mouth.
4. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth, sealing your lips around it.
5. Start to breathe in slowly and deeply through your mouth, and at the same time, press down firmly on the top of the inhaler to release a puff of medicine.
6. Continue to breathe in steadily and deeply.
7. Remove the inhaler from your mouth and hold your breath for about 10 seconds, or for as long as is comfortable.
8. If a second puff is required, wait about 30 seconds before repeating steps 2-7.
9. Rinse your mouth with water and spit it out after each use to help prevent fungal infections (thrush).
