How to Use
1. Always take SACVALY exactly as your doctor has prescribed.
2. It is usually taken twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.
3. You can take SACVALY with or without food.

5. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets.
6. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
Caution & Warnings
- Do not take SACVALY if you are allergic to Sacubitril, Valsartan, or any of the other ingredients.
- Not recommended for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Effective contraception should be used by women of childbearing potential.
- Avoid use if you have a history of angioedema (severe allergic reaction with swelling) related to previous ACE inhibitor or ARB therapy.
- Inform your doctor if you have severe liver disease or severe kidney impairment.
- Do not take SACVALY with an ACE inhibitor. A wash-out period of at least 36 hours is required after discontinuing an ACE inhibitor before starting SACVALY.
- Monitor blood pressure and kidney function regularly, especially when starting treatment or increasing dosage.
- May cause dizziness or lightheadedness, especially at the start of treatment. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how the medication affects you.
- Inform your doctor about all other medications you are taking, including over-the-counter drugs, supplements, and herbal remedies, to avoid potential interactions.
