1. Before First Use: Disassemble all parts of the bottle (bottle, nipple, screw ring, cap). Wash thoroughly with warm soapy water and sterilize.
2. Sterilization: Sterilize all components using a Philips Avent sterilizer, by boiling for 5 minutes, or using a dishwasher with sterilizing function.
3. Assembly: Insert the nipple into the screw ring until it clicks into place. Ensure the nipple is properly seated to prevent leaks.
4. Filling: Fill the bottle with expressed breast milk or prepared infant formula. Do not overfill.
