- Infusion Reactions: Serious and fatal infusion reactions, including anaphylaxis, can occur. Monitor patients closely during and for at least 6 hours after the first infusion, and for 2 hours after subsequent infusions.
- Pulmonary Toxicity: Interstitial pneumonitis and acute respiratory distress syndrome have been reported.
- Embryo-Fetal Toxicity: Kanjinti can cause fetal harm. Advise pregnant women and women of reproductive potential of the potential risk. Effective contraception should be used during treatment and for 7 months after the last dose.
- This medication should only be administered under the direct supervision of a physician experienced in oncology treatment and in facilities equipped to manage potential adverse reactions.
