Caution & Warnings

- Acute severe febrile illness; vaccination should be postponed until recovery.
- Immunodeficiency states, including primary or acquired immunodeficiencies, or individuals receiving immunosuppressive therapy (e.g., high-dose corticosteroids, chemotherapy).
- Pregnancy: PRIORIX-TETRA is contraindicated in pregnant women. Women should avoid pregnancy for one month after vaccination.
- Potential Side Effects:
- Common: Fever, rash (measles-like or varicella-like), redness, swelling, or pain at the injection site.
- Less common: Irritability, loss of appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, swollen glands.
