How to Use

3. The dosage and infusion rate will be meticulously determined by the attending healthcare professional, tailored to the individual patient's nutritional requirements, age, body weight, and current clinical condition.
4. Strict aseptic technique must be maintained throughout the preparation and administration process to prevent microbial contamination.
5. Prior to use, visually inspect the emulsion for any signs of phase separation, particulate matter, or damage to the container. Do not use if abnormalities are observed.

Caution & Warnings

• Do not administer to patients with severe hyperlipidemia, acute shock, severe blood coagulation disorders, severe liver insufficiency, or known hypersensitivity to egg, fish, peanut, or soy protein.
• Careful monitoring of lipid metabolism, liver function, blood coagulation parameters, and electrolyte levels is required during administration.
• Discontinue the infusion immediately if signs of an allergic reaction (e.g., rash, fever, dyspnea) or fat overload syndrome (e.g., fever, hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, anemia) occur.
• Use with extreme caution in neonates and premature infants, requiring vigilant monitoring of serum triglyceride concentrations.
• Protect from light and do not store above 25°C. Do not freeze.
• Keep out of reach of children.
