Caution & Warnings
- FOR INFILTRATION AND NERVE BLOCK ONLY. NOT FOR INTRAVENOUS REGIONAL ANESTHESIA (IVRA) OR EPIDURAL USE IN OBSTETRICS.
- Do not inject intravenously at high concentrations or large volumes, as this may lead to systemic toxicity.
- Monitor patients for signs of CNS toxicity (e.g., dizziness, tremors, seizures) or cardiovascular toxicity (e.g., hypotension, bradycardia, cardiac arrest).
- Hypersensitivity reactions, including anaphylaxis, may occur. Evaluate patient history for allergies to amide-type local anesthetics.
- Exercise caution in patients with impaired cardiac function, liver disease, or severe renal impairment.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not reuse vials; discard any unused portion.
