How to Use
FARINOX is administered by subcutaneous injection.
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the injection.
2. Choose an injection site on the abdomen, alternating sides with each dose.
3. Cleanse the skin at the injection site with an alcohol swab and let it air dry.
4. Gently pinch a fold of skin between your thumb and forefinger.
5. Insert the full length of the needle into the skin fold at a 45 or 90-degree angle.
6. Inject the entire contents of the syringe slowly.
7. Withdraw the needle straight out and release the skin fold.
8. Do not rub the injection site after administering the medication.
9. Dispose of the used syringe safely in a sharps container.
