How to Use
Always follow your doctor's instructions and the package leaflet for proper dosage and administration. Typically, the general guidelines are:
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the eye drops.
- Tilt your head back or lie down. Gently pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket.
- Hold the dropper bottle upside down directly over your eye. Avoid touching the dropper tip to your eye or any other surface to prevent contamination.
- Gently squeeze the bottle to release the prescribed number of drops into the pocket formed by your lower eyelid.
- Close your eye gently for 1-2 minutes to allow the medication to spread across the eye.
- If you need to administer another drop or treat the other eye, wait at least 5-10 minutes between applications to allow the first drop to be absorbed.
- Replace the cap tightly after use.
- If you wear contact lenses, remove them before applying the drops and wait at least 15 minutes before reinserting them.
