How to Use

For optimal results, follow these steps:

1. Gently blow your nose to clear nasal passages before use.
2. Remove the protective cap from the spray nozzle.
3. Tilt your head slightly forward and insert the nozzle into one nostril.
4. Keep the bottle upright and press down firmly on the pump once or twice, while gently inhaling through the nostril.
5. Remove the nozzle and breathe out through your mouth.
6. Repeat the process for the other nostril.
7. Wipe the nozzle clean and replace the protective cap after each use.
8. For adults and children over 6 years: 1-2 sprays into each nostril, 2-3 times daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed 3 applications in 24 hours.
