Caution & Warnings:

• Mounjaro may cause thyroid C-cell tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), in rats. It is unknown if Mounjaro causes MTC in humans.
• Do not use Mounjaro if you or your family have a history of MTC or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
• Pancreatitis: Discontinue Mounjaro promptly if pancreatitis is suspected.
• Hypoglycemia: The risk of hypoglycemia is increased when Mounjaro is used in combination with insulin secretagogues (e.g., sulfonylureas) or insulin.
• Acute Kidney Injury: Has been reported in patients treated with GLP-1 receptor agonists. Monitor kidney function in patients with renal impairment.
• Severe Gastrointestinal Disease: Use with caution in patients with severe gastrointestinal disease.
• Not for use in patients with type 1 diabetes or for the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis.
• Allergic Reactions: Serious allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis and angioedema, have been reported.
