Caution & Warnings

• Immune-Mediated Adverse Reactions: IMFINZI can cause severe or fatal immune-mediated adverse reactions, including pneumonitis, colitis, hepatitis, endocrinopathies (such as thyroid disorders, adrenal insufficiency, and type 1 diabetes), nephritis with renal dysfunction, and skin reactions (including Stevens-Johnson syndrome). Monitor patients for signs and symptoms and manage with corticosteroids as indicated.
• Infusion-Related Reactions: Patients should be monitored for signs and symptoms of infusion-related reactions. Interrupt or slow the rate of infusion for mild to moderate reactions; discontinue for severe or life-threatening reactions.
• Infections: Severe infections, including sepsis, can occur. Monitor patients for signs and symptoms of infection.
• Embryo-Fetal Toxicity: IMFINZI can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman. Advise females of reproductive potential to use effective contraception during treatment and for at least 3 months after the last dose.
• Lactation: Advise women not to breastfeed during treatment and for at least 3 months after the last dose due to the potential for serious adverse reactions in a breastfed infant.
• Complications of Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT): Fatal and other serious complications can occur in patients who receive allogeneic HSCT after treatment with IMFINZI.
