Caution & Warnings:
- Immune-Mediated Adverse Reactions: IMFINZI can cause immune-mediated side effects affecting almost any organ, including pneumonitis (lung inflammation), hepatitis (liver inflammation), colitis (intestinal inflammation), endocrinopathies (hormone gland problems like thyroid, adrenal, pituitary), and nephritis (kidney inflammation). These can be severe or fatal.
- Infusion-Related Reactions: Patients may experience infusion-related reactions, including fever, chills, rash, flushing, shortness of breath, or dizziness.
- Infections: Increased risk of infections, including serious and opportunistic infections.
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: IMFINZI can cause harm to an unborn baby. Women of childbearing potential should use effective contraception during treatment and for at least 3 months after the last dose. It is not known if IMFINZI passes into breast milk, so breastfeeding is not recommended during treatment.
- Other Adverse Reactions: Common side effects include fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, cough, decreased appetite, and diarrhea.
- Inform your doctor immediately if you experience any new or worsening symptoms.
