Caution & Warnings

• Do not use Grasustek if you are allergic to pegfilgrastim, filgrastim, or any of the other ingredients.
• Immediately seek medical attention if you experience signs of an allergic reaction (e.g., rash, itching, swelling of the face/throat, difficulty breathing).
• Splenic rupture is a rare but serious side effect; report any left upper abdominal pain or shoulder pain immediately.
• Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) has been reported; seek immediate medical attention for new or worsening cough, fever, or difficulty breathing.
• Glomerulonephritis (kidney inflammation) has been observed; notify your doctor if you experience swelling or dark urine.
• Aortitis (inflammation of the aorta) has been reported; symptoms include fever, abdominal pain, malaise, back pain, and increased inflammatory markers.
• Not recommended for use in patients with chronic myeloid leukaemia or myelodysplastic syndromes, as it may stimulate the growth of myeloid cancer cells.
