Caution & Warnings

• Cardiac Dysfunction: Canhera can cause heart problems, including symptomatic and asymptomatic decreases in left ventricular ejection fraction, particularly when given with anthracyclines. Regular cardiac monitoring is essential.
• Pulmonary Toxicity: Serious pulmonary adverse reactions, including dyspnea, interstitial pneumonitis, and acute respiratory distress syndrome, have been reported.
• Infusion-Related Reactions: Severe infusion-related reactions, including anaphylaxis, can occur. Patients should be observed during infusion and for at least 6 hours after the first infusion.
