- Not for use in patients with active pathological bleeding or severe hypersensitivity to apixaban or any component of the tablet.

- Inform your doctor or pharmacist about all other medications you are currently taking, including herbal supplements and over-the-counter drugs, as Apixaban can interact with other medications (e.g., NSAIDs, other anticoagulants, certain antifungals like ketoconazole, HIV treatments like ritonavir, and some anticonvulsants).
